Tracy is a HUD-certified Financial & Housing Counselor with Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia.  Tracy has been with the agency for six years and leads their Financial & Housing Counseling department which provides financial assistance, mortgage default prevention, credit, budget & first-time home buyer counseling services.

Charity is a well sought out therapist and long term care consultant.  She has operated in the area of health care as it relates to seniors and their care for over 20 years.  Charity Ford is a Master’s Level Clinical Social Worker and Therapist.  She is the operator of Tamar Health Care and Magnolia Health Care.  She has worked with churches and social organizations to provide awareness on the transition from independence to long term care in the home and out of the home.

Advocates for Credit, Employment and Shelter (ACES) Attorney
Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia (LASEV)

Jesse joined Legal Aid in 2005, and became the ACES Project Attorney, based out of the Tidewater Office, in 2016. He handles foreclosure, consumer and housing cases throughout the LASEV service area. Understanding that sometimes combating poverty and injustice requires a coordinated effort, LASEV partnered with the other Legal Services Corporation of Virginia grantees to fight statewide issues surrounding equal access to credit, employment and housing. Jesse zealously advocates throughout our service area on these issues, as well as coordinating statewide initiatives with other ACES advocates throughout the state.
